I have once again gotten behind in keeping this log. I am acually eating well this week despite not logging. Each day it builds if I don't log. I'm going to have to figure out a way to overcome that. I want the days to show up chronilogically so if I miss a day I need to do yesterday before I can do today, so that takes longer and doesn't get done. The next day it's even worse. I guess it just comes down to dedication doesn't it.
Well to get just started again here are some pictures of meals I had since last Friday. I've lost the details food log, but this will allow me to start again today.
