Food log:  Breakfast: Black bean breakfast burrito  Lunch:  ham and cheese tortilla roll-up, crackers. Dinner: 1 large scoop of Chicken Tetrezini, green beans..  Day snacks: 1 banana, crackers.  Night snacks: 1 small bowl of popcorn.
