For Thursday

Food log:  Breakfast: 1 bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios with milk and sliced banana..  Lunch:  2 pieces of dutch oven pizza,  Dinner: Black bean burger in sandwich thins with Real cheese.  Day snacks: 1 cup of applesauce.  Night snacks: None.

Activity Log: Walk of Life at work.  1.5 miles.

Thoughts:  I intended to eat other snacks, but it was a busy day.  That's a good thing, right?
