Food log: Breakfast: 2 1/2 pancakes with maple syrup, whipped cream, and strawberries. Lunch: 2 pieces of pizza, 1 banana, pretzel thins. Dinner: Fried rice, Cheese-It crackers.. Day snacks: crackers, 1 can of soda. Night snacks: None.
Activity Log: A 2-mile walk with Kelley
Thoughts: I did a lot of driving today so there was some snacking, but I held back more than usual. Drove the youth from church up to the temple in Portland and back.
