For Wednesday

Food log:  Breakfast: 1 bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios with milk and sliced banana..  Lunch:  2 chicken roll-ups,  Dinner: 1 ground beef burrito, chips and salsa.  Day snacks: 1 banana, pretzel thins, 1 cheese single, 2 pieces of biscotti, 2 small no-bake cookies.  Night snacks: ham and cheese sandwich.

Activity Log: Walk of Life at work.  1,5 miles.

Thoughts:  I regret that nighttime snack.  I wish I would have had fruit instead.
