Eating with the Centipede

Food log:  Breakfast: 2 1/2 pieces of bread, 3 pieces of ham, 2 slices of Real cheese, butter.  Lunch:  Orange chicken, 1 dinner roll, cornDinner: Footlong sub sandwich, fruit, veggies, handfull of Doritos.  Day snacks: 2 small oranges, 2 bananas, peanut butter, small pack of Pringles chips.  Night snacks: some peanut M&M's, some Skittles.

Activity Log: Walk of Life at work.  1,5 miles.

Thoughts: A friend of mine from work had a birthday party at a local arcade.  It was a pretty cool place with a lot of classic arcade games.  I also ending up eating more snack food at the party as well.
