For Tuesday

Food log:  Breakfast: 2 waffles, 2 fried eggs..  Lunch:  1 large bowl of ham and bean soup, 1 wheat roll with butterDinner: 2 chicken roll-ups, green sald with ranch.  Day snacks: 1 banana, small amount of Skittles, small bag of Lay's potato chips, 2 pieces of biscotti, .  Night snacks: None.

Activity Log: Walk of Life at work.  1,5 miles.

Thoughts:  Many unspoken.
