The Numbers: I weighed in last Friday morning at 408.6 LBS. That means I gained 0.4 lb. from the previous week, but I have lost 23.2 lbs.lost overall.
Thoughts: It was bound to happen sooner or later. I gained weight last week. Not much, but still a slide in the wrong direction. And I know exactly what I did wrong. I gave in to easily available snacks. Remember the birthday party I attended last week. Well, the co-worker with the birthday brought all the left-over snacks into the office, such as Potato chips, Doritos, candy, and a whole bunch of 6 inch subs. I gave in too much and thus gained weight.
But that was last week, right? I can't let that get me down. I just need to get back to losing and this will just be a blip on the radar of a healthier me.
