It's Friday! (okay it's Monday, but...)

Food log:  Breakfast: 2 hashbrown patties, 2 fried eggs, 3 sausage links.  Lunch:  steak burrito, chips and salsa.  Dinner: Chicken Patty sandwich with cheese, tomato, lettuce, ranch.  Day snacks: 2 bagels with cream cheese, 1 banana.  Night snacks: 1/2 bagel.

Activity Log: Walk of Life at work.  1.5 miles.

Thoughts:  Too many bagels, but nothing I can do about it now.
