Friday

Food log:  Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast, 2 fried eggs, Lunch:  footlong sub sandwhich. Dinner: don't remember..  Day snacks: Fried rice, 1 banana, strawberriess.  Night snacks: ice cream.

Activity Log: Walk of Life at work.  1,5 miles.
