Back in the saddle again

Food log:  Breakfast: 1 english muffin, 1 fried egg, 1 cheese single, 1 slice of ham.  Lunch:  1 piece of Taco Lasagna. Dinner: Fried rice, carrots, celery, strawberries..  Day snacks: 2 small cookies, 1 granola bar, 1 banana, 6 strawberies.  Night snacks: None.

Activity Log: Walk of Life at work.  1,5 miles.
