It's Friday! (okay it's Monday, but...)

Food log:  Breakfast: 2 hashbrown patties, 2 fried eggs, 3 sausage links.  Lunch:  steak burrito, chips and salsa.  Dinner: Chicken Patty sandwich with cheese, tomato, lettuce, ranch.  Day snacks: 2 bagels with cream cheese, 1 banana.  Night snacks: 1/2 bagel.

Activity Log: Walk of Life at work.  1.5 miles.

Thoughts:  Too many bagels, but nothing I can do about it now.

That's better

The Numbers: I weighed in this morning at 404.2 LBS.  That is 4.4 lb. down from last week, and 27.2 lbs.lost overall.

Thoughts: Now that's more like it.  Like I said, I know that last weeks gain was small, and those wekks are going to happen, but it sure feels so much better to report a loss rather than a gain.  Onward to victory!

For Thursday

Food log:  Breakfast: 1 bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios with milk and sliced banana..  Lunch:  2 pieces of dutch oven pizza,  Dinner: Black bean burger in sandwich thins with Real cheese.  Day snacks: 1 cup of applesauce.  Night snacks: None.

Activity Log: Walk of Life at work.  1.5 miles.

Thoughts:  I intended to eat other snacks, but it was a busy day.  That's a good thing, right?

For Wednesday

Food log:  Breakfast: 1 bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios with milk and sliced banana..  Lunch:  2 chicken roll-ups,  Dinner: 1 ground beef burrito, chips and salsa.  Day snacks: 1 banana, pretzel thins, 1 cheese single, 2 pieces of biscotti, 2 small no-bake cookies.  Night snacks: ham and cheese sandwich.

Activity Log: Walk of Life at work.  1,5 miles.

Thoughts:  I regret that nighttime snack.  I wish I would have had fruit instead.

For Tuesday

Food log:  Breakfast: 2 waffles, 2 fried eggs..  Lunch:  1 large bowl of ham and bean soup, 1 wheat roll with butterDinner: 2 chicken roll-ups, green sald with ranch.  Day snacks: 1 banana, small amount of Skittles, small bag of Lay's potato chips, 2 pieces of biscotti, .  Night snacks: None.

Activity Log: Walk of Life at work.  1,5 miles.

Thoughts:  Many unspoken.

Last Friday's Weigh-in

The Numbers: I weighed in last Friday morning at 408.6 LBS.  That means I gained 0.4 lb. from the previous week, but I have lost 23.2 lbs.lost overall.

Thoughts: It was bound to happen sooner or later.  I gained weight last week.  Not much, but still a slide in the wrong direction.  And I know exactly what I did wrong.  I gave in to easily available snacks.  Remember the birthday party I attended last week.  Well, the co-worker with the birthday brought all the left-over snacks into the office, such as Potato chips, Doritos, candy, and a whole bunch of 6 inch subs.  I gave in too much and thus gained weight.  

But that was last week, right?  I can't let that get me down.  I just need to get back to losing and this will just be a blip on the radar of a healthier me.

A new week

Food log:  Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast, 2 fried eggs..  Lunch:  3 pieces of dutch oven pizzaDinner: 1 bowl plus extra scoop of ham and bean soup, 1 dinner roll with butter.  Day snacks: 2 bananas 1 with peanut butter), 6 cheese cracker and peanut butter sandwiches, 1 snack cup of peaches, small amount of Skittles, carrots and ranch.  Night snacks: 1 banana, 1 piece of bread, 1 cheese single.
