Day 2 - again

Food log:  Breakfast: 2 hashbrown patties, 2 fried eggs. Lunch:  1 peice of meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn.  Dinner: Baked potato with chilli, shredded cheese, and onions; two rolls with butter.  Day snacks: 1 banana, pretzels (1 oz. bag), 2 small oranges, cupcake  Night snacks: cupcake, bowl of ice cream, 3 rolls.

Activity Log: Lunchtime walk - 1.5 miles.

Thoughts:  I feel foolish in having to essentially start over again, but it's better than never starting over again, I suppose.  However Kelley's delicious rolls and cupcakes got the better of me today.

Starting Again

Food log:  Breakfast: 1 English muffin, 2 fried eggs, 1 slice of ham, 1 cheese single.  Lunch:  Fried Rice, yogurt.  Dinner: 1 peice of meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn.  Day snacks: 1 Gogurt., 1 banana, pretzels (1 oz. bag), 2 choc. chip cookies; 2 small oranges  Night snacks: None.

Activity Log: Lunchtime walk - 1.5 miles.

Thoughts:  I have to start again.  I have gained all of the weight back, plus some.  I have to do something or I will die.  It must be something about March that gets me started

Waylaid Weigh-in

The Numbers: I weighed in Friday morning at 405.6 LBS.  That means I gained 1.4 lb. since three weeks ago, and 25.8 lbs.lost overall.

Thoughts: I have been away for a while, and I would be lying if I said I was keeping track over that time.  However, nobody has called me on it or wondered why I haven't been keeping up on my food log, so I guess I really am just writing this to myself.  Anyway, I plan to kick up the logging-every-day thing again.

It's Friday! (okay it's Monday, but...)

Food log:  Breakfast: 2 hashbrown patties, 2 fried eggs, 3 sausage links.  Lunch:  steak burrito, chips and salsa.  Dinner: Chicken Patty sandwich with cheese, tomato, lettuce, ranch.  Day snacks: 2 bagels with cream cheese, 1 banana.  Night snacks: 1/2 bagel.

Activity Log: Walk of Life at work.  1.5 miles.

Thoughts:  Too many bagels, but nothing I can do about it now.

That's better

The Numbers: I weighed in this morning at 404.2 LBS.  That is 4.4 lb. down from last week, and 27.2 lbs.lost overall.

Thoughts: Now that's more like it.  Like I said, I know that last weeks gain was small, and those wekks are going to happen, but it sure feels so much better to report a loss rather than a gain.  Onward to victory!

For Thursday

Food log:  Breakfast: 1 bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios with milk and sliced banana..  Lunch:  2 pieces of dutch oven pizza,  Dinner: Black bean burger in sandwich thins with Real cheese.  Day snacks: 1 cup of applesauce.  Night snacks: None.

Activity Log: Walk of Life at work.  1.5 miles.

Thoughts:  I intended to eat other snacks, but it was a busy day.  That's a good thing, right?

For Wednesday

Food log:  Breakfast: 1 bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios with milk and sliced banana..  Lunch:  2 chicken roll-ups,  Dinner: 1 ground beef burrito, chips and salsa.  Day snacks: 1 banana, pretzel thins, 1 cheese single, 2 pieces of biscotti, 2 small no-bake cookies.  Night snacks: ham and cheese sandwich.

Activity Log: Walk of Life at work.  1,5 miles.

Thoughts:  I regret that nighttime snack.  I wish I would have had fruit instead.
