Starting Again

Food log:  Breakfast: 1 English muffin, 2 fried eggs, 1 slice of ham, 1 cheese single.  Lunch:  Fried Rice, yogurt.  Dinner: 1 peice of meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn.  Day snacks: 1 Gogurt., 1 banana, pretzels (1 oz. bag), 2 choc. chip cookies; 2 small oranges  Night snacks: None.

Activity Log: Lunchtime walk - 1.5 miles.

Thoughts:  I have to start again.  I have gained all of the weight back, plus some.  I have to do something or I will die.  It must be something about March that gets me started
