The Numbers: I weighed in Friday morning at 405.6 LBS. That means I gained 1.4 lb. since three weeks ago, and 25.8 lbs.lost overall.
Thoughts: I have been away for a while, and I would be lying if I said I was keeping track over that time. However, nobody has called me on it or wondered why I haven't been keeping up on my food log, so I guess I really am just writing this to myself. Anyway, I plan to kick up the logging-every-day thing again.
